AiMi: Q1 2025 Product Update

Written by Ollie Cadman | Apr 9, 2025 2:05:43 PM

It’s been another busy quarter of coverage expansion and feature enhancements, as we continue to develop our AI-powered platform for automating exchange notice processing and change automation.

Expanded Markets and Change Types

We’ve enhanced our service catalogue to cover over 70 markets and expanded our coverage to include scheduling and operational updates, such as holidays or DR tests, to ensure you stay informed of critical operational changes across global markets.

Configurable Automation Engine

Our new configurable automation engine allows our enterprise customers to configure their own custom change generation rules, ensuring only relevant changes are created and automatically filtering out the non-impacting notices, to further streamline the notice review process.

Improved Tagging and Categorisation

We’ve rolled out an updated notice tagging engine that improves categorisations and labelling accuracy by over 20%, to further reduce manual review times and drive effective and reliable automation.

Document Version Comparisons

AiMi now includes automatic document version comparisons to provide an independent analysis of changes between specification and policy versions and provide a holistic view of upcoming changes and their impact.

Custom Prompt Library

The first version of our custom prompt library allows our enterprise clients to refine and customise our base prompts to provide more client specific context and incorporate bespoke business logic into the review and assessment process.

Granular Scheduling Options

We’ve added new scheduling status options, including placeholder, TBC (To Be Confirmed) and withdrawn date statuses to provide greater clarity and precision in managing and tracking change schedules and make more informed planning decisions.

Enhanced User Management

Our new user management module adds enterprise security features including custom password policies and timeout settings, two-factor authentication (2FA) and Single Sign-On (SSO) to align with your companies Information Security policy.

User Experience Improvements

We’ve made several user experience improvements, including filtering enhancements, new group by views, a regional filter setting, and the ability to export changes and notices to PDF.

Looking Ahead

We’re excited to continue our expansion to include all types of changes in the platform, build our more customisable agentic workflows and bring more innovation to the data sourcing and access space for AI models.
