AiMi: Q3 2025 Product Update

Written by Ollie Cadman | Oct 7, 2025 6:20:53 PM

Q3 2025 was a defining quarter for AiMi as we introduced our next generation of agentic automation and broadened the platform’s market coverage. Our focus has been on helping clients respond faster to change, reduce operational risk, and work with greater autonomy.

Agentic Processing

We launched two new agents in the quarter to deliver a full end-to-end agent workflow for market change management; our new Notice Agent automatically understands, classifies and routes notices as they arrive, and our Change Agent creates and updates relevant changes automatically. reducing manual effort and accelerating execution. To ensure only actionable changes are created, the agent can be customised to filter on specific types of changes, and dynamically determine how many changes to create based on the go-live date(s), venues impacted, etc.

Business Context

Our new Source Context module allows clients to provide the agents with their specific business logic and requirements so AiMi can behave in line with their unique operational requirements and mirror their existing review and change creation processes. Source context allows firms to adjust the behaviour of the agent based on specific events or venues for even greater customisability and control.

Service Catalogue Expansion

Coverage was extended to TMX, NSE, Warsaw Stock Exchange, Cboe DataShop, Nasdaq Data Link, Deutsche Börse Analytics, Currenex, Binance and OKX. MIC and segment MIC codes are now fully supported, improving precision when linking notices to venues and products.

Service Provider and Data Vendor Support

In addition to expanding coverage, the service catalogue now includes support for service providers, such as data vendors, creating a single, unified view of market change across trading venues and intermediaries, and enabling the same agentic workflows for vendor changes as well as exchange driven changes.

Smarter Notice Monitoring

Notice monitors can now track changes directly on web pages as well as through existing email channels, giving clients a broader and more proactive way to detect and act on updates. This is particularly useful for venues that don’t provide email communications, such as crypto exchanges, which require constant monitoring of webpages to identify upcoming changes.

Deeper Integration with Client Workflows

We expanded self-service integration options so clients can manage their own connections to tools like Jira. Automatic Jira ticket creation is now available, with support for custom field mappings and two-way synchronisation so updates made in AiMi are reflected in Jira in real time.

Looking Ahead

We will continue to advance AiMi’s agentic intelligence, including new impact assessment capabilities that help users understand and test the downstream effect of market changes before implementation. Additional control and testing features will make it even easier for clients to preview and validate agent-driven outcomes.

AiMi’s platform is evolving to give financial institutions faster, safer and more auditable control of market change.
